@dr_andrealove As a pharmacist, there is considerable data in the pharmaceutical space showing ADME and PD differences based on genomic differences. It wouldn't surprise me if there are differences in innate or immune response that could support different doses or schedules. Worth researching.

@krassenstein Unsure they would have to give any of that up. States have considerable autonomy on healthcare/taxes/law enforcement/etc. the federal govt could fund Medicaid to Canada along the same formula as other states and Canada with their state taxes could fund the rest and administer.

@markpa84 In the near term China could cripple international commerce. The Taiwan Strait and Panama Canal are huge shipping lanes where they have growing and potentially complete control over. The Artic shipping lanes are growing in importance as ice melts (Greenland/Canada).

@markpa84 Ultimately Russia/China are going to try to take land in the Artic then down thru Greenland/Canada. Neither Greenland/Canada have the military/capability to stop them so the US will have to do it. A US presence in Greeenland as a US Territory would be a strong deterrent.
