@adamhlavac I’m more positive on it than most but to me it’s still a 6/10. Compelling plot, really, good performances, very unique direction. But it’s a bad musical, with poor pacing and in no way deserves 13 nominations.

@NextBestPicture Happy Maria picked up a cinematography nomination. Such a gorgeous film. So disheartened to see Emilia Perez with 13. The entire thing just feels a joke now.

@Seba__vz @JeffDLowe Yup, thought it was good (6/10). Compelling story, great performances, ambitious direction, but brutal musical sequences bloated the films runtime and took away from what could have been a great film.

@Therealpede1 @PokemonRestocks This is great for anyone just trying to collect cards and enjoy the hobby. This is terrible for flippers and scalpers just trying to make money by capitalizing on poor production. In the long run, this is better for the hobby as it will allow more buyers to start collecting.

@NextBestPicture What are we doing with these Emilia Perez nominations? Like seriously, there is no world where this is one of the best films of the year, especially in directing.

@BarstoolHubbs Go out and get a 1B, a 2B, a 3B, a SP, and a RP. All genuine needs the team still had even if they signed Soto. Losing Soto hurts but he was 1 of 9 and the team could potentially be stronger down the line if Cashman is smart and Hal is serious about this.

@DefiantLs Maybe a hot take but It doesn’t matter who they run. If the next 4 years go well and trumps presidency turns out successful, assuming Vance is the candidate, no democrat will beat him. If the next 4 years suck and Trump crashes and burns, I don’t see any republican winning.

@CinemaTweets1 I’ve never had any issues at my local Cinemark here in NJ. Everyone is always super respectful, never see any phones, any talking I hear is usually in response to the movie.

If the D could make a few big stops and they hit a few missed FG’s they’d have 6 or 7 wins. They’re 1-3 in the last 4 despite him having ratings over 111 three times.

@CinemaTweets1 I made the same decision back in 2021. I just hit 970 reviews which still blows my mind. Aiming to hit 1000 before the new year.
