Fun fact, I usually get told off quite a bit for folding the flag using te triangle fold. Yes I'm aware the army & etc do the rectangle fold and the triangle fold is American but the reason why is for easy of transport. is travel & compete a lot. The triangle fold doesn't unfold.

this is the flag that was in that picture of mine. I can't remember how many places it's been with me to but it's been with me for 6 years now & to every competition domestic & abroad. Yes it's in a triangle fold because the triangle fold doesn't unfold itself as easily.

I had people ask me whether they'd see me competing in Taekwon-do on TV and I laughed. Ireland one of the best at Taekwon-do in the world and yet our own countries media does no coverage on it. Not even a whiff of it much in newspapers let alone TV...it's not GAA soooo...

1) The ROI population is 5.1 mil, to entertain your ''idea'' the majority ethic is 76.5 Ethnic Irish, that's for round number sake 3.9 mil.

There is one thing in common no matter where you compete, no matter the circuit or country: it's the hurry up and waiting. I had 4 hrs between two of my divisions and honestly fatigue kills you way before anyone else does.

I don't understand how people expect young women to NOT be terrified for their lives. This year marks my 15th year in TKD, I'm a 2nd degree blackbelt & have fought internationally & I still get nervous when I see a massive group of teenagers especially lads. Educate your kids.
