$ALTO but will they though? Last month Justin/DOMO said he had a very reliable source tell him a deal was offered but apparently rejected by mgmt. Unless Domo and Kaufman team up and become activists, this mgmt will do nothing
@Bullstkpicks For $ALTO, they will sell all of their non-Pekin assets. Then $ALTO will realize free cash flow increases focusing on execution of their core business.

@Longroaderstar @ZinselmeyerB @SangamoTx JPM25 long gone, but yeah, bet HCW was pushing hard. Thats why they’re always willing to put up crazy PTs, its quid pro quo. Outside of complete BO, there is no way SGMO is worth anywhere close to $10 lol. They’re not even worth $5 next 12 mths. Fabry, HemA, Capsid = maybe $3-4.

@ZinselmeyerB @Reg0sce @SangamoTx I’m guessing maybe $50M cash upfront for HemA, with 20% royalties, making the deal value mostly contingent on actual sales. I don’t think anyone is going to offer much upfront for HemA at this point. I’ll take the $50M though

@Reg0sce @ZinselmeyerB @SangamoTx Unfortunately the Pfizer dump plus the really bad early sales of HemA GT competitor Rocktavian make it likely any HemA deal will be show-me type: low upfront cash plus 15-20% royalties.

Yes $250M upfront + another $150M on BLA is much better and could move price to $3, but that’s not what analysts are implying from Sandys comments. As I understand it they’re implying roughly $250M total cash. Lets pray you’re right and I’m wrong 🙏

@ZinselmeyerB Even if you cut the peak in half (and nobody believes it won’t do at least $400M) and only applied 2x valuation, its worth $800M cash now to $SGMO on outright sale.
