@MarkL0722 @belfastcc @deptinfra @daera_ni Did it have to be built exactly where the hedge was? It's not either or....everything is connected. There are many nature based solutions to flooding risks. Removing hedges and trees adds to the flooding risk. Sparrows are on the red list and they lost their home.
