@sentinelonwall @thatsright_Tim @JaeKim1089208 @libsoftiktok That is false. States control their education, thus the disparity in state performance. The DOE exists to help marginalized groups including special needs and low-socioeconomic populations.

@carolyn10260352 @BryanKowacich @krassenstein Lady, I'm in education. I have researched, written books, and understand school funding. What's your credentials?

@michaelaubry @krassenstein That's not the DOE responsibility or role. States write and control their own curricula.

@flanon007 @lurch1502 @FreedomUSANews @krassenstein This is actually factual with a lot of research available.

@carolyn10260352 @BryanKowacich @krassenstein It actually does help. Title One, two, and three help fund school budgets. Most states cannot properly fund education without it. The DOE also overs grants such as the Pell Grant, Student Loan Services, and Work-Study programs as well as IDEA, all designed to level the field.

@wzowl @BryanKowacich @krassenstein That's not true. The federal government helps with teacher pay and other academic support staff. Most red states need federal money to pay teachers. The DOE does not write or mandate state curricula. The states write their own. The DOE provides funding.

@CryptoCookup @krassenstein The states write their own curriculum and always have. Every time I see these types of comments, it tells me you have no idea what the DOE does. This would hurt education, especially in rural and urban schools.

@NDW_13872 @Memphis10fandom @cmats808 @Rcp67 @krassenstein @MaileOnX You do know states set their own curriculum, right? Many of you are taking and have no idea what the DOE does. How a state performs academically is actually on that state. This coming from someone actually in education.

@nikki07390972 @1nkaK0la @_DamnJaden @HenriettaSnacks Well, let me say that Whitney was the standard for singing. She was phenomenal. However, we were not going to her concerts to be wowed by a performance other than vocals. We had Michael and Janet for that. The question was not who influenced Bey & it waa also ALIVE 🤷🏽♀️

@nikki07390972 @1nkaK0la @_DamnJaden @HenriettaSnacks Not true, at least for me. I think Beyonce is a singer AND entertainer, which I call a performer. Whitney was a singer. Let me ask, how did Whitney in the 1980s pave a way for Beyonce? Were there not Black singers and entertainers before her?

@DestinyNeids @1nkaK0la @_DamnJaden @HenriettaSnacks Who said Beyonce wasn't a singer? Social threads really reveal reading skills. Reread the initial question. My comment neither stated, suggested, or implied Beyonce wasn't a singer. Lol It reinforced that people aren't answering the question.

@nikki07390972 @1nkaK0la @_DamnJaden @HenriettaSnacks The question was about performers. It didn't inquire about singing or singers. Whether Beyonce considers herself more than a performer is irrelevant to the question posed. Singers have vocal performances but aren't considered performers. Beyonce is a show.

@davepl1968 @HenriettaSnacks Is he still alive because I swear that's what she wrote. This thread highlights the laxk of reading comprehension in America.

@1nkaK0la @_DamnJaden @HenriettaSnacks Whitney didn't pave the way for Beyonce. If you'd said Tina Turner, I might agree. Michael Jackson or ecen Janet Jackson would suffice. But Whitney... she was not a performer. She was a singer. Beyonce is a performer.
