TL;DR: industry doesn’t like when ESG-related regulation messes with its supply chain. But there are a lot more of these kind of policies in the pipeline.
Fashion/ESG media: This amicus brief, advanced by the National Retail Federation (that is to say Levi's, Walmart, Macy's, Target etc) is required reading before providing any coverage for these companies ESG targets.
