Update - unfortunately I got myopericarditis at the end of July. I went from racing in Tokyo to being quite unwell in just days. I am slowly getting better and I’m more excited than ever to get back out there next year. I am so lucky to have an awesome support network & team. 😁

Stage 8! Ribs were still battered but I got into the break w/ Mireia. We put ourselves in the best pos possible & I crossed the line in 13th. This week we didn’t get the results we wanted but we nailed the process, learnt lots & had fun. Now for some R&R. Thanks all! Next time 👊

I had sooooo much fun at Dwars door Vlaanderen yesterday!! I really felt like part of the action, being right up there and getting to cover tons of moves and finish with the selection (behind the 2 legends out front! 👑) It’s made me even more excited for Flanders on Sunday :).
