Didn’t get tickets to yesterday’s #StockportNoir as I thought it would be my niece’s bday party. A little (a lot)gutted to miss out. Tickets swiftly bought for next year! Can’t wait, especially after reading all of the glowing reports! Nice work @cmacwritescrime @SerenityRomiley

Another Sunday trip across the Pennines, another train cancellation. Coffee and a book it is. On route to my niece’s fifth birthday party. I hope they know I get competitive at pass the parcel! I’m aiming to win best present too as I got her a Polly Pocket.

@gemmaEdenham I think we rely on others to recognise how much we need down time. I will sometimes book a day off work and not tell friends / family that I’m off so I can have a ‘me’ day
