@WeAHPs I think it’s just starting small. We often have such grand ambitions but realistically this isn’t always easy to maintain. By starting small you’re setting yourself up for a win which will boost your motivation! #WeAHPs

@WeAHPs The biggest factor I think across all healthcare at the moment however is staffing… which is a much bigger issue! Less burnout = healthier staff #WeAHPs

@WeAHPs I think the main one has to be education. People think it’s really difficult to ‘be healthy’ but if you have the right knowledge and know how to make simple changes then it can have a massive impact #WeAHPs
