1. Converted # word documents into .pdf for my boss.2. Converted # pdf documents BACK to word. 3. Went to # meetings that should’ve been an email. 4. Had to find where the FAX machine is to send something back to 1985.5. Did 40+ hrs of my real job in the remaining 17 hours left.

Will Jordan Love and Dak improve this year? Maybe. But I also think Jared Goff will too…top 10 last year, top 5 next year. Subconscious pressure to overperform (as the defense was struggling) caused a few mental errors. But he still had a damn great season.

When people from positions of authority send taskers over email, during non business hours, it creates an environment in which employees feel they must check their email, and respond. Creating a requirement of unaccounted for “overtime.”.
