Just me and the mountains,
Nobody around.
Not a person in sight,
Only sound.
The wind overhead
in the leaves of a tree,
Just silence to hear and beauty to see.
Class Islay had so much fun today on the bouncy castles. Many thanks to Ms Sturrock’s family for providing the castles for our super Funday. We all remember Ms Sturrock with fondness. ❤️
We learned all about growth mindset at our whole school assembly with Mrs Donnelly. If we keep using the magic word 'yet' it will help us dream, believe, achieve absolutely anything!

We, at Sandwood Primary are all deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this difficult time.
Gear-ing up for another wheelie good day.
Sandy's team biking this morning. Lots of confident cyclists by the end and challenging themselves with obstacles.
