@ParkgateHotel love the Sorting Room Brunch & have been few times. However, so disappointed to have been promised a refund of £240 over a week ago & not yet received it. Plus no reply to a 'contact us' submission from over 2 weeks ago. Not what I expected tbh.

@devereofficial Thanks. used online booking form at the end it's says problem with this website.I've screenshotted it. So I booked via central bking team, been overcharged & not been able to use the online discounts. & she didn't include the dog. Hope phone recording been kept for my complaint

@GWRHelp dire service tonight. On delayed 17.48 from Padd, still not in Wales yet. No announcements or sometimes 3 which all contradict each other. No trolley service for an hour. Lucky be into Cardiff over 1 hour late..... problems happen but why not tell us what's going on?

@VOGCouncil hi. Today 11/4 is black sack and recycling collection day. The recycling remains uncollected at 5pm, escaped rubbish from the bags is all over the street. Any ideas when will be collected? Ta

@GWRHelp currently sat on 9. 18 cardiff central to London Paddington. It's now 9.37. We haven't moved and the announcements don't work in our carriage. Any ideas?

@BritishGasHelp I did DM you. Was refd to BG help chat. Over 2 days I've repeated details 3 times over to different people. am no further forward. I've even had an answer to a question I didn't raise... But no answer to the question I did raise. Formal complaint incoming.

@virginmedia Thanks but I'm working, I don't have the time or energy. Virgin can keep the money it isn't entitled to. And sadly another bereaved daughter will have to suffer at the companys lack of empathy.

@virginmedia Thanks. I have no intention of doing that. I've spoken to them once. I don't see why I should do it again. I am sure nothing will change as a result of my experience. I'm just glad to not have to interact with Virgin again re my late father's account . Thanks
