Hi, @timiagbaje_, I’d like to give you some feedback on this controversial video. You’re good at what you do, but I think it’s important to note that your tone and demeanor when discussing letters of the law around sensitive topics such as r^pe (whether it’s legal or not) can greatly influence how the audience understands the message and your own intention. The joke at the end about ‘free WiFi’ was a bit too light-hearted in my opinion. I believe you could have used that opportunity to subtly nudge the audience to push for changes to these archaic and detrimental laws. To those who are upset about this and attacking the messenger, your anger is understandable. There are surely better ways to make awareness on this law without making it look like one is trivializing a serious issue that can be triggering for many. I want to suggest that we channel some of that energy into calling out our HOA or NASS representatives to make this an important issue for voters and condition your votes or support on them. The system works if everyone participates.
