Happy that a lot of it goes, but you will have to improve the ability of employers to defend against nuisance suits from employees: “I stuck my junk in a drawer while working! Why didn’t you warn me not to?” At least in theory an online course “passed” is somewhat evidentiary that the company has informed the worker
