After many years of talking the talk about the importance of mental health research, I thought this year I should walk the walk. Please consider supporting my 40km challenge in One Foot Forward to help raise money for @blackdoginst .

Thanks so much!
A huge effort from Wenona's big-hearted swimming community's resulted in almost $8,000 raised for the @blackdoginst during the inaugural 12-Hr Mental Fitness Swim! With more than 160 swimmers covering hundreds of kilometres, it was a massive contribution to youth mental health 🏊‍♀️
