#UncleSam I always ask of parents with farms to take along the young men to appreciate it at an early age or even offer start ups within the farm. If parents are able to support their families through farming I think it’s viable enough of industry that we can interest the Genz.
#BoysBootcamp #TheManinMe Young people are not interested in taking agriculture as their first choice employment or even second, This can be explained by the economic demographics that make it difficult like skills and education for modernized agriculture, value chain development, motivation of young people to join agriculture, access to land and in some cases gender equality in agriculture The future of farming and it’s survival needs every hand and boys included. Sow the seed of change today, harvest the success tomorrow. Let’s interest them at an early age and the return on agriculture so it’s not only looked at as a retirement approach .
