some ppl already covered it but slower growth, harder to monetize is what it boils down to - more below. Slower growth: TikTok’s algo pushes small creators; Instagram still favors the big names. Harder to monetize: TikTok offers creator funds, while Reels leans on brand partnerships. Trends feel stale: TikTok starts them; Reels gets them late. Tools aren’t there: TikTok’s editing + sounds library crushes IG's atm. Less community: No Duets/Stitches, less/weaker engagement mechanics at play for IG.

there's always room for improvement and if you give your team/colleagues etc. all the answers vs. light constructive feedback/observations you kind of kill their creativity and that balance is so important for their growth + longterm success.
