@NatWest_Help Hi, I had to have my debit card cancelled due to fraudulent activity. I’m waiting on quite a few refunds though and I’m worried they won’t come through. One said it should have been in my account working 24-48 hours on Friday and still no sign. Any help/reassurance?

@Churchill hi, I’ve renewed my car insurance online but realised it says that I don’t have a child under 16 in the household, which I now do. Is there any way to edit this online? Thanks ☺️

@nsandihelp Not anymore unfortunately, there was yesterday which is when I uploaded the certificate but now I can’t find any way to upload my own docs, which is why I assume they should have been done together. Okay, thank you, I’ll try and call when (if) the baby is sleeping later 🤞🏻🙈 Sam

@primary_geog @NEUnion If you go online you can enter your predicted time off and you won’t be charged for that period - I’ve just done it and have received an email to confirm it’s all gone through ☺️

@MissC_1717 I had a job interview a couple of years ago (I didn’t get the job) and apparently my lesson was good but my feedback was that my resources could have been laminated?! 🙃
