NEW: The Prime Minister of Japan gave President Trump a super special gift called the "Eternal Helmet," a golden samurai helmet created by a company in the Prime Minister's hometown "The Japanese government’s order came with two specific requests: (1) The helmet had to be wearable and (2) It should use as much gold as possible" - @mrjeffu This is seriously the coolest thing ever. Japan truly is our greatest friend & ally.

@JackPosobiec The Democrats can't buy their way out of this. People think money can buy anything but the product still has to exist. There aren't' that many people like that kid out there and the ones that are, are very hard to find because of their nature.

@RykerMcduff @tmsilverman To be honest, I don't ever hear anyone that treats me talk like that. Lot's of shrugs and "what would you like to do next?". To be fair, last time I was at the VA for a check-up, they did give me a paper about deep breathing lol.

@RykerMcduff @tmsilverman I feel like I'm a management scenario tbh. It's been 20 years. I'm a very complex and atypical personality and case and then the TBI factor. I have had significant improvement from my lowest points but I seem to have plateaued where functionality can't be maintained long term.

@RykerMcduff @tmsilverman Yessir. The hard truth is mental rehabilitation is lot like physical rehab. You gotta push, it's painful. it's not in the comfort zone. And you gotta heal yourself. Realize therapy is really just one of your tools. Plus learned helplessness is HUGE and difficult problem

@RykerMcduff @tmsilverman I think people don't have the family and church etc. support structures they once did and that is big part of the general lack fulfillment and melancholy I think you're alluding to. They're hoping you can tell them how to replace that with cats and pills.

@RykerMcduff @tmsilverman I honestly don't know how you do it. When I come across someone, like you, who's really trying to heal people and do more than just punch a clock, I always get the feeling it's like you behind enemy lines or something. God bless you brother.
