I am so sad that Geoff Hill has passed away. He was such a great guy and brilliant journalist. I last saw him in June raising money for the disease that finally overwhelmed him. He leaves behind a gorgeous wife, precious family and many many friends. Peace & love to you Geoff 💕

Little fact from the Met Office for you: It is the first time since 1931 that the highest August temperature in the UK was recorded in Scotland! Also it is the joint (with 2014) lowest August max temp since 2010! ☁️☁️☁️

Incredible CCTV footage shows 11 cars - including a police van - crashing into bollards in the space of a few weeks. Residents in Woodmere Avenue, Watford, say crashes happen all the time.

Masks and glasses really don’t mix well but that’s just the way it is. If however you have rimless specs like me be careful when you take your mask off in a hurry and send the glasses flying on to concrete... a week and £100 later the chip should be sorted 😬

This time 4 years ago I was living in D.C. It was a night I will never forget... My cousin was with me for the results in a bar and reminded me yesterday “remember the couple who cried the whole way home in the minibus?” Extraordinary night. Here we go again...
