An unbelievable achievement & a real feather in the cap for the department. The NHS is under tremendous pressure and the transplantation programme in @SalfordCO_NHS is a shining light of success underpinned by hard endeavour, willing donors and efficient working. @NCAlliance_NHS
Today @SalfordRenal 's 24th donor of 2024 donated a kidney, to another person whilst living. We have now exceeded last year's total of 23 and hoping for more dates in December !! These people are truly amazing and we are blessed to work with them ❤️ @NCAlliance_NHS @NHSOrganDonor
