The Saint Heron Agency and Crown Royal present “Monuments Are Here,” a short film starring “Shady The Great” Thomas of Parliament-Funkadelic, on Black domesticity, Black collections, and the constellations we create with our objects. Film out now on

“Monuments Are Here” premieres today on at 5pm ET. Created and written by Solange Knowles, the film explores the spirit of Black domesticity and the object constellations belonging to Grammy Award winning artist, Shady The Great.

Last week, Saint Heron presented “Monuments Are Here,” a night of film at The Guggenheim. The evening also featured the world premiere of our film of the same name, written by Solange Knowles, directed by Nuotama Bodomo & starring Parliament-Funkadelic's “Shady The Great” Thomas.
