Congrats @SarahDemedeir on achieving this milestone. It’s wonderful to think about the relationships and teachings you’ll carry with you.
A beautiful ending to a beautiful project! Yesterday, I received my very first Ribbon Skirt from @S_Montesanti 🩷🩵 — these ribbons will always serve as a reminder of the love, wisdom and relational bonds that shaped my MSc journey. Thank you for this generous gift!

On Dec 19th, my student @SarahDemedeir successfully defended her MSc thesis on arts-based Indigenous KT practices in collaboration with the Grandmothers' Wisdom Network in AB. Such beautiful work from the ♥️. One of the grandmothers/Elders joined Sarah's defense and spoke to the power of #relationships & #reciprocity in doing 'good research' with community. HUGE congrats Sarah! My gratitude also to the entire examination committee. Sarah is off to start her PhD in Health Policy @ihpmeuoft in Fall 2025.
