STFPSC is deeply saddened by the passing of our PAN Disability player, Jake. Jake and his family have been a huge part of our STF family from a young age & then joined our FC teams when he turned 16 ⚽️💙 Our thoughts & prayers are with his family at this very sad time 🙏
