Two things about capital. 1. If you give too little, nothing gets done. 2. If you give too much, wrong decisions are made. There has to be a balance. Sorry to say, but these government programs all give just too little. If you could have a rational analysis about "entandikwa" Startup capital. You know this isn't going to benefit a family of 3. At least not beyond 12 months. The numbers just don't add up. Yes, the initiative to provide capital is right and indeed a good one. It's just implemented the wrong way.
