@CIHR_IRSC Dumbfounded to see no consideration by CIHR of evaluating Spring 2020 proposals separately, with same dedicated funding envelope, instead of together with Fall 2020 submissions. At the very least, the funding envelope for the Fall 2020 Project Grant competition should be doubled.
