Man of you know that my father was a PKD patient and a particular inspiration for my work. He was also an astronomer, and would have loved seeing this beautiful eclipse. I'm pleased that I was able to experience 4/8/2024 w/ family and friends. ENDPKD... dedicated to my father.

@PkdResearch Yes, interacting proteins may be modifiers of disease progression and/or targets for therapy. Identification of these proteins will also help clarify PC1 function and mechanisms of PC1/PC2 interaction.

Thanks, @Kidney_Int, for featuring our article on your cover (wanna buy 5 copies for my mother). We showed that BRAF activity exacerbates PKD, but also that increased BRAF activity is SUFFICIENT to cause cystic disease in normal kidneys. @DarrenPWallace
