Today, SPP's proposed Markets+ service reached a significant milestone with the approval of its tariff by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). This is a major step forward in creating a more resilient and efficient energy future.

Antoine Lucas has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Lucas will succeed Lanny Nickell, the current COO, who has been appointed as SPP's President and CEO, following Barbara Sugg's retirement April 1.
