If true, just remember you have the legal right to refuse an EUA product whether it’s an EUA test or shot….from them, your employer, etc. And most definitely if they won’t even tell you what it is for.

Same during the GA Senate runoff election on January 5th, 2021 Ossoff v. Perdue. Perdue had roughly 32,000 total votes that just went away after updates. I recorded it because I watched it happen to Trump a few months prior. Strange it’s only Republicans that lose votes.

Her family should sue the employer who coerced her into injecting a drug that was EUA. They violated her right to refuse. The licensed drug (Comirnaty) was not available in the US at that time.

Congress only gave the HHS Secretary the authority to allow the EUA shots to be used as a covid countermeasure. BUT not even the HHSS can mandate, coerce etc. All we had was the EUA, because Pfizer never produced the FDA Licensed Comirnaty for the US population.
