@M_Budziak NASCAR allows a 1/2٪ allowance for weight during post race inspection. So with a 3400 pound vehicle weight, 1% would be 34 pounds, so 1/2% is 17 pounds. NASCAR allowed the 48 team to top off the fuel cell and even pump water into the radiator and cooling system and it didn't help

We all get why Joey was mad, I'd be mad, you'd be mad, anyone that got wrecked 500' from the finish line would be mad, but taking it out on crew members walking down pit road after the race is wrong. Thank goodness the officials were where they were suppose to be.
