@duCares What’s the difficulty in understanding that the occupants don’t have the time to research the problem- we want a product (route or SIM) from Du to work as is.. I just want this service canceled without penalty!!

@GTCFX Poor service levels especially on Funds withdrawal in UAE.. GTC FX says service level is 5-7 days for funds withdrawal while industry standard is 1-2 days.. Where is #CustomerSupport #CustomerService

@WioBank I was referring to latency on the website in the Account to Acccount transfers.. but I noticed that it is henceforth working normally ..Is there a way normal customers can report technical issues - is that also through Customer Services ?

@adssgroup ADSS IS PROFITING AT EXPENSE OF CLIENTS ! Your spreads during illiquid trading hours are quite different from your competitors and are unfairly closing positions of your clients overnight !! This is especially true for currency crosses ..

@duCares beware of Du agents selling broadband connections.. poor service backed by huge cancellation charges given commitment periods.. Buyer beware #ducustomerservice

@duCares Sorry.. the return of the modem for 2nd time in 2 months is not the solution.. disconnecting the sub-standard service without penalty is the solution.. hence there is no help available in the Dm.. request stands ! #ducustomerservice

@duCares You are wasting customer’s time- why is it difficult to understand that there is an expensive DU line of AED 367 already active there.. I am not interested to continue with this service which does not work! NO TIME AVL TO RUN AROUND DU OFFICES PL!!
