My opposite neighbour's garage door and gates are wide open. I told his direct neighbour to call him, but he is not answering. He lives alone and I called the 10111 number 23h37 so they can come check him out...let's see how long it will take them to come.

Actually, the T and C's are very important here. Those laptops are not and were never gifts. They are tools made available by the university allow students to continue learning away from campus. Once done, you return it. It's like a book borrowed from the library. Keep it safe
