Discussing social priorities with EVP @RoxanaMinzatu, President @petrisalminen stressed that social progress relies on economic development. He highlighted the importance of restoring EU #competitiveness and strengthening the role of #SMEs, also as #socialpartner.
Now more than ever, we need social dialogue. I met with @petrisalminen and @VCWillems to advance the #UnionOfSkills. We discussed quality traineeships, boosting vocational education & training and STEM, and equipping workers with the skills needed for today’s workforce.
