Heartbreak in Limerick where Sligo Leitrim were beaten narrowly by last year’s Runners up Midlands league. Midlands scored the only goal of the game 1/0. A great effort by our girls who have done us proud. They will now contest the 3rd playoff. Well done girls.

Sligo Leitrim Girls have finished as winners of Groip three in the Gaynor Cup following a comprehensive 3/0 over Inisowen . Goals from Mckenzie Reynolds, Lesley Ann Sweeney and Shauna McGrath. The girls remain unbeaten and now go through to the knockout phase. Super stuff.
