Our “Foot-to-Foot Drill”..build up to our man press. A form drill to teach staying above level of ball & man, so you can stunt the drive (help teammate) & still be in position to close out & contain the person you’re guarding.

We call this the “Chest Drill”- (:30 seconds on clock)…as we build our defense to minimize dribble penetration to the middle, we want to use our chest to square up OR level off the ball handler. Either way keeping it out the middle. Thanks
