This winter, our engineers will continue to keep our customers safe and warm. If they need to isolate a vulnerable household’s gas supply or appliance, they’ll refer them to our Care and Repair scheme so that they’re not left without gas indefinitely.

We're carrying out emergency repairs on Edinburgh Road, Dumfries, with temp t/lights in place at the junction with Milehouse Crescent. These essential works need to take place now for safety, and we apologise for the disruption:
