I have a 23 Tesla Model S and it uses vision only. My wife had a Kia EV9 and it is not “killing it”. Uiu do have to touch the steering wheel every minute or so. It will flash up telling to do so. And the cars on screen are boxes, and if corner is too tight it disengages. Trash

FSD has been working amazing for me lately. I hope more and more people can experience. Was driving home talking to my parents on Bluetooth and it just drove me around like a taxi. Was so relaxing especially in rush hour traffic.

This is my 23 model S Long range on FSD. My car stops for kids. Kid even waves saying thanks for stopping. And tbh if I was driving, I probably would have drove past and had the kid cross behind me.

Personally I would never have bought a truck mostly because of the terrible gas Millage. But with the cyber truck, I would def get a Cybertruck. I used to hate it but it’s really grown on me.

Also. It can’t turn on streets. It can only somewhat stay in its lane. Round abouts or stop light you have to steer. No internal camera so no vision monitoring. Only wheel nag. Again I say trash.

FSD continues to get worse 🤣🤣🤣 they are def not in reality. You can say it’s taken longer than we expected to roll out updates but is by far better than it was. Tonight driving home I still marvel how good it handles our toreup road construction streets. They just bitter.

I will also say my wife is leasing the eV9 nice ride but software is 5 years behind Tesla. I still much prefer my Tesla. The screen for cars has them as boxes lol looks so raw

This is great but my Tesla Model 3 I bought for 36,499 drives me everywhere on FSD
Fully appreciate all effort Ford is making for autonomy, but have long ways to go to catch up.
Drove on FSD 12.5.4 in Milwaukee WI doing errands tonight to UPS, gym, Kwik Trip, Walmart, car wash then home. Used Summons twice, auto park once, and it self parked at Walmart. 0 take over’s 1 accelerator push. Getting so close to full autonomy. Enjoy vid!

My honest opinion is they should have refreshed Y and 3 at same time. I realize it’s a hard transition to do both together for manufacturing. But I think the lack of Y updates killed hurt the sales and caused holding off. I really think if they did upgrade both there would be

The specs do look amazing and I know there are many Chevy fans out there. 2 things for me. No FSD and how much of a loss are they taking on this? For them they probably don’t care about FSD but taking a loss on it is not sustainable. Hard to believe it’s profitable at that price

Testing new FSD 12.5.4 with sunglasses. Biggest thing I noticed is it drove the correct speed and not too slow!

We do not have power lines either. Our house built in 2004. Our power has been out 2 times since living here since 2007. I don’t think it’s a mistake.

I miss springtomize sooooooo much. Each year keep waiting for them to give me the ability to shrink the icons so I can fit more on the main screen. And customize more. That was like 8 years ago and now they introduce these features as breaking news. Smh. I am a big Apple fan

I contacted support to get into early access and the Tesla support lady was super nice and kept checking but she said they don’t have that program anymore. Very sad. As a FSD driver 98% of the time I was hoping I could get in. But maybe in future they will bring it back

It was difficult listening to him. His attitude will not change. He said he would not even go for ride on FSD to see the improvements. His mind is made up. That is ok. He will find out the hard way. Better to just agree to disagree and let time be the answer.

Keep the S. It is better car. Longer range and honestly will you ever notice the slight difference in speed?
I will say I love the look of the performance 3 I’m sure handling will be better. So tough call if I were in your shoes I’d stick with S but either way I get it.

Tesla service has been great for me. Had issue with home L2 charger not charging as fast I bought 3 years ago. Called in. They diagnosed remotely circuit board over heat issue. Sending me new one for free under warranty. 🫶🏼
