@GhanaboyPharmd Something like that. Our default is oxy 5mg or 10mg q4h prn depending on pain level, I would start 15 or 20mg q4h prn and monitor. If vitals are stable and still in pain or experiencing w/d, increase the dose.

I was not eligible for life insurance through my employer (a health system) because I took antidepressants during college due to the stress of training for the job I work at said health system despite not taking antidepressant for over 5 years.
If you have EVER had anxiety and taken medication for it, you better hope you dont get cancer or diabetes or heart disease when they repeal the ACA cause that is a pre-existing condition
