Please remember as you copy and paste your technical volumes that your reviewer at WPAFB has a Ph.D. in aeronautical engineering and wrote his thesis on scramjet technologies.
So using the word “next-generation” 54 times probably won’t be convincing!

Don’t worry about developing a good relationship with your TPOC and customer though, because you can always just submit another. POM process we damned!

Don’t worry about requirements.
It’s an antiquated system, and whatever you’re developing is probably better and more innovative anyway. Eventually the DOD will catch up to YOU! 👈🏼

There is definitely no value in training your product or models with unique DOD data or forming relationships with the research labs. Boring! Pass.
