If you do everything correctly ulthan should peak at 390-420% damage inflicted and 40% cut pen and with a green card it goes up to 430-460% damage inflicted

Give him permanent immunity when his gauge activates
Perma Cds when someone dies
Cover null when enemy switches
Defensive neutral when enemy uses blues/ults+extra 20% cut for 3 counts
Then the basic 40% damage inflicted
