@steelballrunner You are not that far off since the second movie is about this time when people considered Eva more as one of those "perfect summer" series lmao

@steelballrunner Chapters feels like they would be an amazing episode (the one when Mugen needs to go on a date is a good example). Very in-line with the anime so no problem. Only Evangelion is a weird case since they decided to adapt Shinji having a crises with a rhythm minigame

@steelballrunner The game only do stuff with the first two Rebuilds so you are mostly fine with only the anime. The second Rebuild is when the movie series start being something different but is very hard to translate that in a rhythm game so is mostly the old scenes with a 2000s style

@steelballrunner It doesn't do anything big with the series so if you vibe with the soundtrack is a fun one hour long run. Only the adventures and the date sims do something big with the series as a whole (maybe the princess maker clone too) so no need to worry.
