NEW: Texas’ Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill was read today and referred to the Texas Senate’s Finance Committee. This bill would enable the state to save up to $500 million per year in BTC. The bill is a top priority and is moving!

In most of the country, it’s taking longer and longer for a new energy project to connect to the grid. The exception is Texas — where it’s getting faster and faster. The rest of the US should copy their “connect and manage” process to accelerate American energy deployment.
