But no one is going to agree to become a manager (of employees making 25/hr) for 16.48/hr. Who's gonna take calls on Sunday when no other employees are working? What about at 2am and 8pm m-f?

@ebonyarizonian @Ramses1712845 @libsoftiktok Federal law for interstate drivers says we don't have to pay OT, and we do. So yes, I agree with that statement. We don't have to pay it but we do. Not only do we pay it, but we pay after 8 each day, not after 40 for the week.

@GunboatDave @libsoftiktok Just cuz your hourly doesn't mean you don't get benefits. Same goes for salary woth getting benefits. They aren't tied.

@CanadienBacon77 @GETitDONE1000 @libsoftiktok It's complicated as you can imagine. I have perks that other employees don't have yes. BUT my base salary is 2/3rds of what one of my guys make if they work 60 hours a week. Yes I get have a company phone to take calls all day. Stuff like that.

@zombieboy32369 @libsoftiktok I know. Thats why I'm asking if we should ask to sietch to hourly and just have them pay us for 40 hours regular and 20 hours OT a week.

@NJdailywrd What? I'm not paid overtime now and I took 13 calls on Sunday. I have to set schedules for employees working Monday morning. Why would i lie for no benefit? Im not scamming any system.
