House prices were lower and so were the wages 😂😂😂😂😂 the number of people from the older generation who just don’t understand the economics of buying a house nowadays is mind blowing.
For those who think us oldies had it easy, we didn’t. If we couldn’t afford something we went without. 2nd hand items were the norm. Some of us worked 2 jobs just to get by. House prices were lower but so were the wages. There were no nail bars, coffee shops as we did our own. Everyone struggles through out their lives & none of us have had it easy.
