As part of Water at the Heart of Climate Action Project, from February 5 to 14, 2025, an EVCA training & Assessment is organized at RIS Kivu Breeze Hotel in @KarongiDistr. This training is conducted in partnership with @IFRCAfrica, @RodeKruis and @RwandaEmergency.

On January 16,2025, Rwanda Red Cross through the ECOCARE Project distributed livestock to 30 families of Kirimbi and 16 of Gihombo sectors in @Nyamasheke. This project is supported by @roteskreuzat.

20 Rwanda Red Cross volunteers and some branch coordinators working in various refugee camps have successfully completed a 3-day training on International Humanitarian Law (IHL), the Safer Access Framework, and Integrity. @RodeKruisVL

@RwandaRedCross has distributed NFIs to victims of heavy storms in Kirehe, Musaza, Mpanga, and Nasho sectors in @KireheDistrict. This vital support is valued at over 15 million Rwandan Francs.

On December 13, 2024,in collaboration with @KarongiDistr, Rwanda Red Cross volunteers have planted 12,000 trees.This activity was honored by @Mercylaker,the head of @IFRC delegation,Kinshasa cluster after the planning session held in Karongi District in RIS Kivu Breeze Hotel.
