Went to really harsh training today Was completely squeezed Got the fact that my “ good physical form ” is 1% from what I am looking for -> Felt extremely nice & motivated to train harder on day to day basis -> All my negative thoughts was killed somewhere at the 3rd circle of hell ( training) Go and train! Training won’t solve all your troubles, but they will stop being troubles at 3rd circle of burpees lol
