@anish_koka Small example of waste in primary care. Used to be someone had a cough, a cold. we said it’s a virus, get rest/chicken soup. Now they go to urgent care, get tested for 20 viruses for $1000, and we still say it’s a virus. Or if flu, we give tamiflu that doesn’t work any way
