Get rid of the defense mechanisms for failure. Be the “Man in the Arena” and if you fail, do so while daring greatly. Too many people cushion themselves for failure by not committing too much effort to the cause. If you do it, do it 💯

time + INTENT = Growth Often the greater your intent the less time required to see results. “Extra” doesn’t have to be quantified by how long it takes. 1 extra hour of focused swings broken down over three 20 minute sessions can do wonders for high school hitters.
Most hitters don’t need a new drill. They need more reps with the right intent. Stop searching for hacks + cheat codes. More focus + intent behind each rep.
