There is no official IQ test in India. This list is from the book “intelligence of nations” by Richard Lynn and David Becker. For countries where no IQ test data were available, the authors estimated IQ scores based on geographically or culturally similar countries. This method involved assuming that neighboring or culturally related countries with similar economic and educational systems would have comparable IQ scores. So in short, this list is garbage for nations where no IQ test exists.

The blind hatred makes zero sense. American companies actively recruit global talent and our government creates specific visa programs to bring skilled workers here. These people didn't "invade" - they were literally invited by US corporations and supported by US immigration policy. If you've got issues with the system, take it up with the companies doing the hiring or the policies enabling it. Attacking individuals who followed the legal process and accepted legitimate job offers is just misdirected anger. Most of these folks are just trying to build better lives through their skills and hard work, exactly like countless other immigrant groups throughout American history. Also if you actually look at the data, Indian immigrants start businesses at high rates and contribute significantly to the US economy. But I guess it's easier to post xenophobic garbage than engage with reality.
